Getting a Library Card

Membership cards are available FREE to any Lincoln resident and taxpayer. Non-residents, whose home library has a reciprocal borrowing agreement with the Lincoln Public Library, also have free membership. These currently include West Lincoln and Wainfleet. Residents of Grimsby who can prove that they work or go to school in Lincoln, are eligible for a limited use card. Residents of all other communities, including, but not limited to, St. Catharines, Pelham, Fort Erie, and Niagara Falls are not eligible for free membership. An annual fee of $35 per person applies.

Ask for a card at either Fleming or Moses F. Rittenhouse Library. You will need to show at least one piece of identification. Lost or stolen cards must be reported to the library immediately. The cost of a replacement card is $3.

Parents or guardians must assume responsibility for materials borrowed by children aged 15 and under. Patrons under the age of 16 may not borrow video materials.
