Bedtime Pajama Yoga

A 30 minute, calming yoga story time to help you unwind before bed and get a better night's sleep. Soothing yoga-inspired movement, breathing, music and stories.
These unique events incorporate yoga and story time to promote playful, active learning and a healthy lifestyle. Classes are led by certified children's yoga instructor, Catherine Toews. Zero yoga experience is required; this is a fun introduction to a great form of mindful exercise that families can enjoy together. All ages and abilities are welcome; ideal for ages 3 - 8 and their grown-ups but younger/older siblings are welcome to attend. Yoga mats will be provided or bring your own.
