Services Available to Access Enhanced Vaccination Certificates

Note: During the January 2022 closure, this service is available during curbside hours at both branches.

Please note at this time proof of vaccination is not required to browse, borrow, or use public computers. Masks that cover the nose, mouth, and chin are required at all times while in the library.

Enhanced Vaccination Certificates

As of January 4, an enhanced vaccination certificate with QR code will be needed to enter any setting where proof of vaccination is required. We can help print and reduce your vaccination certificate for free. Lamination is available for $1.00 per receipt at both branches. Please bring your health card. This service is available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
If you need assistance downloading your enhanced vaccination certificate to a device, you can book a free 30-minute Tech Time appointment.
Rapid Tests Not Available
At this time, the library does not have rapid antigen tests available. Find a list of sites where kits are available here. Note this list is updated on Fridays and when new sites are confirmed by the Ontario government.
Please check back for library service updates. Find local updates on the Town of Lincoln website and through Niagara Public Health.

Stay safe!
